Shipping

All packages will be shipped within 3-4 business days of your order. I use USPS priority for all packages with tracking number provided. If you prefer different shipping methods, time frame or insurance, please let me know.

Returns

Hope this is not the case, but if you are not loving your purchase, you are welcome to return the work in original condition for a refund within 5 days of receiving it. Please note that shipping fee is not included in the refund. To process a return, please email yuritozukastudio@gmail.com for a return authorization, and you will receive further instructions. Items sent back to my studio without return authorization via email will not be accepted.

If you happened to receive defective or damaged item during shipment, please contact me immediately via email.

When returning items, your item must be unworn or unused condition in original packaging, and please use shipping courier with insurance and provide tracking. 

Yuri Tozuka Studio is not liable for items lost in the mail.

Repair

I will repair any Yuri Tozuka Studio works regardless of the time when they were made. Please send the photos and info to yuritozukastudio@gmail.com to get repair authorization. Depending on the repairs, there might be a fee. 

If you purchased my work from other galleries and need repairs for it, please contact and work directly with the gallery first.
